New York Catholic Youth Day
October 19th 2019
8am - 6pm
Theme: Speak Up!
"I believed therefore I spoke." 2Corinthians 4:13
Do you feel like you have a friendship with God? If you do, that’s great – come talk about it. If you don’t have one or don’t even have any idea what that means, we’ll show you exactly what we mean. Trust me, there’s no better friend than God. Are you between the ages of 13-17? If the answer is yes, we want YOU at New York Catholic Youth Day!
New York Catholic Youth Day is October 19 at the Westchester County Center. There will be hundreds of other teens like you in attendance at this inspiring annual event that includes service, music, speakers, Mass and time to be with friends and make new ones. This year’s theme is all about using your voice for good. First, to speak up towards God! Pray to Him, ask Him for help, thank Him, challenge Him – He’s there for you no matter what. And then, speak up for injustice.
You know you can reach hundreds of kids from the palm of your hand, what will you do with that? We need to speak up – for our faith, for what’s right, for each other – even when it’s not popular. We need to have each others’ backs. Come, Speak Up! - lets hear your voice.
