Christopher Wesley challenged us to think about how we recruit volunteers, as well as how we maintain them. Just like our youth ministries need to have an overall purpose so that teens can feel inspired to keep returning, our volunteers also need to have a clear understanding of their roles and why they are there.  Show your volunteers gratitude so they feel they are a valued member of youth ministry.
